Process

The elementary material is coffee.

I Collect the used coffee and dry it.

The coffee is mixed with epoxy resin and the natural element is added (walnuts in this case)

The mixture is put in a mold to form a cast

The cast is put on a wood lathe

I cut through the elements, exposing their section

The natural elements are revealed in a new and refined way
The coffee grounds are mixed with epoxy resin to make the basic material. It is then put in a mold along with other natural elements such as seeds, nuts, leaves etc. to form a cast. The cast is put on the lathe where I turn it and form the desired shaped out of it.
